Yes, you can meet with me. If you have an idea of something you would like that is not available in my collection, you can arrange a design consultation with me. I will then work with you to create something special for your occasion. Otherwise you may just like to come and visit my studio and view my collection in person. Contact me to arrange an appointment. How do I purchase something from your website? TOP
To purchase an item or items off the website. You first add the item to your shopping cart once you have all the items you would like to purchase in your shopping cart click go to payments, here you need to fill in your details and then you will be linked to paypal to finish the transaction. You will receive a confirmation email of your order. What is paypal and is it safe? TOP
Paypal is a service you use to complete payment transactions. Paypal is very safe, you make secure purchases without revealing your credit card number or financial information.
You can choose to pay using your credit card, debit card, or bank account.
You are not required to set up an account with paypal when completing your transaction.
What materials do you use to make your jewellery with? TOP
I only use high quality jewellery components/findings. I believe jewellery needs to stand the test of time. With the right jewellery care your pieces should last a long time.
Sterling Silver
I only use Sterling Silver wire, clasps, hooks and posts, and chain. All other findings like pins, crimps, and rings are always Sterling Silver. On request I can use gold filled findings.
Soft Flex wire
Some of my Necklaces and Bracelets are strung onto Soft Flex wire to give a solid beaded look. Soft Flex is professional beading wire, it is made up of 49 individual strands of stanless steel wire and coated in a clear nylon. The strength test for this product is 11.7kg. What Crystals do you use? TOP
I only use Genuine Swarovski Crystals and Pearls.
Swarovski Crystals
Are man-made with lead (30% minimum), machine cut and polished on all surfaces. Swarovski Crystals are Considered the ultimate in cut,clarity,and quality. Used extensively for jewellery, clothing embellishment, and home décor by designers worldwide. The colours and quality are very consistent, these crystals will give you the best sparkle money can buy.
Swarovski Pearls
Swarovski Pearls are a high quality man-made replica of a natural pearl.
A special coating is used over a drilled crystal this ensures a perfect replica of a natural pearl that can adjust to your body temperature and give a glow that appears to radiate from within the pearl itself.
Resistant to scratches and abrasions, UV light, perspiration, and perfume. Fully washable and dry-cleanable. What if I don't like the jewellery? TOP
All my jewellery except for Earrings and Custom Designs can be returned for the full cost less a 10% administration fee and shipping costs within 10 days of recieving your jewellery.
Please note I cannot refund jewellery if it has been worn to your intended event/occasion. What if my jewellery is faulty? TOP
I strive to make all of my jewellery to an exceptional standed. If however your jewellery has a fault I will Repair or Replace free of charge. How should I care for my jewellery? TOP
All jewellery needs to be looked after if it is going to stand the test of time. Ideally your jewellery should be stored in a dry place ie Jewellery box or pouch.
Soft Flex
If your jewellery is made with Soft Flex wire is can be bent out of shape, to make sure this does not happen it should be stored by hanging or wrapping softly into a circle.
Never wear your jewellery in the shower or while you are in bed.
To clean your jewellery use a soft cloth or tissue. Do you have your items ready to buy? or what is the turn around time if I purchase something? TOP
I keep a couple of each item on hand all the time.
If you are ordering more than two of a particular item the turn around time is generally 2 days before your goods will be shipped. If for some reason it's going to take longer before your jewellery can be shipped you will be notified with the shipping date and you can decide if you want to proceed or recieve a refund.
How long will it take to receive my order? TOP
Your order will be shipped within 7 business days of purchase. All national orders will be shipped using a tracked courier bag and will be delivered 1-3 days from dispatch.
